Operating instructions

1.Check whether the clamp mouth is clamped before use

to prevent the mesh from withdrawing when pulling it. If it is loose, tighten the clamp screws first.

2. The 4 diagonal collets should be evenly distributed. After the 4 diagonal mesh is clamped ,the mesh should be relaxed.

3. When pulling the mesh, it is generally pulled vertically first and then horizontally. It should be divided into three times, pull and relax for every time.

4. The mesh frame should be viscose first and then put the mesh and pull the mesh after the glue is a little dry and the pull pressure should notexceed0.2Mpa.

5. When pulling the mesh,such as uneven cloth resulting in the tension imbalance he chuck can be relaxed so that the net is loose and the clamping can achieve the purpose of balance after exiting.

6. Frame is 20 mm higher than the mesh which can make the glue stick more tightly.
